THE STORY

PRISMS OF LIGHT & LAST WORDS

"The time had come.

Wearily, he gazes upward to the skies to see the fading visage of his Love gazing down at him.
His heart weighs heavy knowing that that this could be it; that he may never see her again.... Never will they share another tender smile.. or warm embrace.. or will he be able to look deep into her beautiful fluorescent eyes to tell her how much he loves her...
With tear-filled eyes he gently smiles, trying to be strong for the both of them, and wipes a tear from her eye as he holds her cheek within his palm.

He wants to tell her more than anything, just one more time....
But he struggles... the words won't come out...

Then just as he feels himself slipping away forever..... a blinding flash of light shoots across the sky... followed by the mysterious appearance of luminous, ethereal beings that have descended upon him........"

LUCID

"As his soul is extracted from his body, he begins to experience a euphoric feeling, an elation, unlike anything he had ever felt... as though the weight of the world had suddenly been lifted off of his shoulders.
He begins to rise... higher and higher.. until his earthly body and Love below have faded from view.. and the lights of the cities below have waned like a distant memory.

As he rises past the earth's atmosphere and reaches the apex of his ascent... he suddenly takes flight and begins traversing galaxy after galaxy with incredible speed.
Never could he have ever imagined the heavenly bliss and cosmic beauty which he now felt permeate his entire being.
The exhilaration of transcendence, beyond words.

He was reborn."

RAINBOWIZE I

"Eons passed as he floated through the cosmos...
And as time fell into obscurity, everything he knew began to fade into the mists of his mind,
Until thought itself had be become foreign to him.

His humanity was all but lost.

However, one thing remained.
Something that radiated from within, like a beacon's light on a moonless night.

A fire, that would not be extinguished...

Then, one day... after having floated through the darkness of deep space for so long... something flashed brilliantly across his mind like a bolt of lightning, igniting his long-dormant consciousness along with it.
He was disoriented, slipping in and out of different states of awareness.
But then... he saw it
He saw what had flashed so brilliantly in his mind, awakening it from stasis.

A pair of rainbow colored eyes..
Luminous, Iridescent and Beautiful, filled his view with gorgeous hues of red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet and every color in-between.

He was entranced. Spellbound.

And as he felt himself being drawn in further, the colors slowly began to swirl and morph to take the shape of vast, surreal and lush landscapes.

Suddenly he began to remember something... something he had once known but had long since forgotten..."

SPECTRES

"Love. Joy. Longing.
Each were a windswept kiss of exhilaration, sweetness, and melancholy upon his brow.
He was feeling emotion.. as though for the first time...
But just as suddenly as his visions began, the colors started to wash away and disappear to reveal a shocking sight.
The lush colors he saw were no more, and now only pure light illuminated his entire field of vision.
And all around him, as far as he could see..
He saw luminous beings.

"We finally found you" resonated and echoed through the chasms of his mind

The voice he heard triggered something.
He was suddenly transported back to the fateful moment of his death where he had seen these beings and heard their words.

A flurry of strong and uncomfortable emotions gripped him.
Pain, Fear, Resentment, Denial.
They each bore down on him with a gravity he had never felt.

He felt himself begin to free-fall.
And as he fell further and further, the light began to fade from his sight to be once again replaced by deep darkness.
But just before it was gone completely, he heard a faint voice..."

"We're almost ready"

GATEWAY

"He couldn't shake free from the painful feelings he now carried within him.
They dragged him down like an anchor to the deepest, darkest depths.
Bound and chained by fear, he continued to fall until he began to hear a violent maelstrom.

What he saw next was completely unbelievable.

A massive swirling vortex appeared in the distance, spinning furiously.
Ever so slowly he fell toward it and gazed in terror as violet bolts of lightning cascaded across its surface, leaving static echoes in their wake.
He swore he could hear the familiar cries of people coming from it.

As he entered the vortex, he closed his eyes tightly shut. His mind seized with scenes of painful memories and dark fears. He felt as though this was truly the end and that he would never again see h... At that moment he caught a glimpse of something beautiful. It was the first time he had held her hand. He felt the soft caress of her skin and looked deep into her eyes, and knew at that moment... he loved her.

He opened his eyes and looked straight on to the heart of the vortex."

"I made a promise"

"I will see you again, my love"

DIFFERENT SPACE

"Resolute in the face of fear, he continued on though the vortex. Violet bolts of lightning streaked across right by him, one after another with thunderous force, with one very nearly striking him. Yet he did not flinch. The lighting ceased as he finally reached the heart of the swirling vortex and entered a small chamber which held the appearance of the inside of a small cave. And at the far end of the chamber opposite of him, he saw something that resembled some kind of portal.
He felt as though answers would be found therein, but before he could take a step forward, the violet electricity he had seen earlier spun around the the chamber twice and then flashed into darkness before him.
The darkness soon consolidated into the shape of a cloaked figure.
He stood fast, watching it careful. Just as it did to him.
He could tell it was judging him, peering deep into his very soul.

After what felt like an eternity, it spoke.

"Come with me."

Without hesitation, he stepped forward and made his way to the portal.
Right before he reached it, the Phantom deftly took hold of him and flew them both though.

They emerged on the other side to find a world unlike any he had ever seen. Vibrant colors and sights he never knew existed filled his every view, and each one spoke to him. Each one a revelation. It was as though his mind, his vision had always been obscured... And now, he was finally seeing beyond the veil. He looked at the Phantom and also knew without words, what It was and why It had brought him there."

RAINBOWIZE II

"Revelations.

Each one more illuminating than the last.
One thought prevailed above all others, however.

As he closed his eyes.. he felt the blissful caress of serenity.
He felt her.

He knew what he had to do.

He knew now where he had to go..."

TELSA

"The Phantom was intrigued.

Eons had passed since it had encountered a human with "the ability."

The Phantom knew the potential of such a being.
And so, this trans-dimensional arbiter took a special interest in him.

The Phantom began to recall the man it had once judged so long ago, and as those memories arose within it.. it passed into both their minds.

In his mind he was suddenly transported to another place, another time.

There, He saw a man that once brought light to the world."

VISIONS

"The final scenes of the Phantom's projected memory faded out of view as they finally descended to the foot of a mountain and approached the mouth of a cave below.

The Phantom stood stoic and motioned for the man to proceed without him.

He nodded his head in understanding and turned toward the cave and slowly entered.

He walked on and on through darkness, but without fear. He knew in his heart that this is where he needed to go.

Finally after what seemed like hours, he saw luminous aquatic reflections of water in the distance and mist covering the ground upon which he walked.
He continued on until he entered an enormous chamber with a ceiling so high, it stretched beyond the reach of his vision. And when he looked ahead, he saw a pond covered with the mist.
He cautiously approached and peered into the pond to see what lied beneath.
The mist slowly dissipated, and what he saw, was just a reflection of himself.
Disappointed and frustrated, he began to wonder why has had been lead there. What was the purpose?

Then, he looked down once more at the pond and he began to see other reflections there. Reflections of people, entities and beings that he did not recognize... yet somehow, they felt so familiar. More and more reflections appeared on the ponds surface, each one smiling with joy in their eyes, until their reflections filled every inch of the pond.

Overwhelmed with what he was seeing, he took a step back and looked upward.

What he saw caused his eyes to begin to well up with tears.

Above him he saw the luminous, ethereal beings. Thousands upon thousands of them. Each one casting a reflection in the pond below.

Then, as he looked around, he saw projections upon the cave walls of each one of these beings and the lives they had lived. He was able to see every one of them simultaneously as they entered his mind and permeated his being.

He suddenly realized that everyone of them, was him.
A life he had once lived.
And in every life he lived, She was there.
No matter what, they always found each other.
And with every passing life, their love grew, even though they had no memory of ever having met before.

The luminous beings descended once more upon him, spiraling around him, and then consolidated within him to his core.
He emanated pure light from his being.
And in his soul, he knew this is the way that he was meant to be.

However, something was missing.
The final piece, he so longed for.

He saw something flash out the corner of his eye, and turned around to see his Love at the entrance of the chamber.
Her rainbow colored eyes shined brilliantly as tears of joy streamed down her face.

They approached each other, both filled with emotion they could hardly contain.

They looked into each other's eyes and smiled tenderly, feeling joy like they had never known existed. Their beings exuded the essence of love.

And without wasting another second, they embraced each other tightly.

At that moment, the light within them fused together, creating an ever expanding field of benevolent, divine energy that spread through the cave and beyond.

Infinitely

Through every realm of existence."

TO DREAM AWHILE

"As human beings, we face trials in our lives that impact the way we see the world. Sometimes our experiences harden us and send us down a dark path. Sometimes it leaves us feeling as though we're drifting alone in the far reaches of deep space. Each of us have felt that at some point in our lives.
When that happens, you aren't yourself anymore. Your light dims and ceases to shine.
But like the protagonist in this story, its important to never let that fire within you go out, even when all seems lost.
With hope, there is always possibility..
and a chance for a better tomorrow."
